Thirteen Bites!

Mom had exactly thirteen bites of applesauce and cherry pie filling this morning. And a lovely bath, hair washed, lotion... and she then slept and slept and slept... And then at bedtime, she is not sleepy... I turned on TV for her, but I will have to turn it down... I don't want to keep her awake.

Check out this cool craft cabinet. I was able to stash two packed boxes of goodies...Journaling and planner supplies for my Erin Condren planner.

Somehow I have managed to start a new hobby of art journaling and planner fun. Also I was given a neat gift of a painting margin Bible...

have a good good week!

Seems Mom enjoyed her food. That's always good.
So, you are doing the art journaling? I thought I might give it a try, just doodle something on the page with my regular journaling but I seem to always forget to do it. Oh well. It does intrigue me.

She passed the swallow test! Journalling is a great activity for a care giver. Something you can set up and put down. Have you seen the December Dailys on Pinterest? You are in my thoughts!

Oh, I am soooo happy for your momma, Gayla! God is soooo good! He's given her another blessing, another step forward in her recovery and is covering her with his healing hands. :)

Journaling is a great healing and recovery tool as you continue in your caregiving journey. It truly helps with stress and anxiety as well as place to jot down the little blessings that you encounter each day. I'm so happy for you, sweetie! Peace and love to you....!
