Well, Where have I Been?

Been to Funky Town... Haha!

So... Had on both the heater AND the air conditioner on the same day here. Chilly.hot.rainy.windy... I have a seat on the mezzanine level with a big window to the world.

I confess a few days of the grumpyitis has descended. I can only tell you I'm glad I don't have to live with me. I've taken to saying just the exact opposite of what I really think so Mom will say the opposite and then we will actually agree. .??

My only goal right now is... Oh, shoot! I don't have any goals, actually. That requires soooo much effort. Way too much, in fact.

Have a lovely last weekend in April! You know you are in trouble when you waste a wish on an unconfronted nap....

It's currently chilly, grey... Signs of the Grumpasaurus Maximus and the genus of that species are lurking. Time to fish or cut bait. What does that mean?

Do you guys think Johhny Depp is deep? Ha ha... Not that it matters. I just wanted to say that...

OK, got the nice comment over with. The Cassie comment.

Now let's move on, to the Abigail comment. -evil grin-

Ding-dang-it Girl! Do you ever see a doc, yourself??? hu? Hu? Hu? You can call it grumpyitis. But your body is trying to tell you something. Something important!

When was the last time you had a full check up and testing work-up? When?????? Probably not since you started taking care of Mom. -sigh-

I repeat, your body is trying to tell you something. Listen to it. Go get a professional opinion.

Abagail sezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

So sorry about the grumpy days. Caregiving for our parents can bring that one. I remember using the plotting strategy to try to bring peace myself. This goofball weather is not helping. It was 23 when I woke up this morning so I bundled in my winter duds to go to the store. The sun was shining and it jumped to 59. I was sweltering. Yeek. Is there anyway you can grab an afternoon for yourself? Maybe just to go somewhere all by your lonesome and have lunch? Or with a willing friend with a kind ear? I know it is hard when there is no solution to the problem, but sometimes just talking it out relieves some stress. I wish I was your neighbor, I would let you bend my ear!!!
