Classic Cottage Charm makes great things!

I received a comment on my pitchers post from Ruth about these beautiful items. They are only a small part of the lovely things she has on her pretty website, Classic Cottage Charm. Here I think her things are simply scrumptious. All seasons, wonderful autumn, lovely little snowmen, even a school-related sign that may have to go in my classroom!!!! Thanks, Ruth!

Hi Gayla-
Couple of questions...how did you come up with the name "Oatmeal and Whimsy"... and how did you happen to come across the picture of my pink grouping...it was a fun surprise to see it on your blog. (I only just discovered blogs a few weeks ago, and I find them pretty fun to peruse.)

I know, me too! I have really been having fun with the blogs. The name just came to me. I almost always use the name whimsy in stuff. I once had a poetry book turned in called Gingham Whimsy, and my shop sells, "candles, gifts, and whimsy". My son used to read a book about Whimsies, and I love oatmeal and think it is all wonderful to use for decoration... My shop's name is Shady Peanut Lane. I honestly don't know where your picture was because I have had it for a while. I think maybe I saw your items on Ebay a while ago??? I love the way you put them together!!! I imagine it was a surprise to see your things smiling at you!!! I love your cottagey look! Thanks!
