Okay. I give up. If you were a tub of Marscarpone Cheese, where would you be in the grocery store? And would you be in a little town like ours? I am a hopeless Food Channel Junkie. My mom and I watch Paula Deen's Paula's Home Cooking, Sandra Lee's Semi-Homemade, and The Next Food Network Star. Sometimes we watch Bobby Flay's Takedown, and sometimes we watch Mission Impossible or whatever that's called.... and Big Daddy's House.... and Iron Chef.... --------------------------------------------------------------------------
But I watch Giada at Home..... alone. Mom isn't a fan of hers because she shows her cleavage!!!!! hahahah... Not being a cleavage-boycotting woman, I adore Giada... and I would adore to make her dishes, but her fave ingredient is this marscarpone cheese, and I can't find it... Any ideas? Any substitutes from those of you lucky enough to have ever tasted it????

Save More has it in Moberly and I think I saw it at C&R or HyVee recently. It's in the deli section with the fancy cheeses. No kidding, I almost picked one up and talked myself out of it.
I would KILL for her arms! Well, actually, I am sure I wouldn't, since I can't even be bothered to do weights to get even a facsimile of her arms, but you know what I mean!
I would have guessed it to be near the cream cheese...but obviously that would have been wrong. Good thing Lisa knew.
